What is NLP?
Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is:
- Neuro – to do with our minds and how we think
- Linguistic – to do with the language we hear and use and how it affects us
- Programming – to do with how we act and behave to achieve an outcome
NLP is a short-term goal-orientated and practical therapeutic approach to problem-solving. Whatever problem you have, NLP can help.

My experience of working in this field has led me to the conclusion that with the right attitude to our challenges and the acceptance that a fresh perspective can bring new insights, change is possible and not as scary as it might seem.
People use NLP for many reasons and have often explored other forms of therapy and counselling beforehand. It has been used to treat anger management, improving performance, pain management, fears and phobias, anxiety, poor self-esteem, stress, and overall reduced quality of life due to various psychological issues; the list is endless.
My specialities are problem-solving, decision-making, fears and phobias, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem and how to achieve excellence in what you do.
