However, through a Breakthrough Session, I can speed that process up for you and facilitate your transition. Change, to some people is uncomfortable. However, Breakthrough Sessions can bring about positive changes, because they are all for your greater good. We all have loyalties and fears and many of us worry about change or moving on. But with change can come excitement and anticipation and often hope. It does, however, mean making some tough choices and even the possibility of unpopular decisions, but you have the opportunity to work through this in your session.

Having someone to help you work through the steps you need to take will make a huge difference. Especially someone who has no vested interest in anyone else but you, and what you want to achieve. The package, “3-hour Breakthrough Session” costs $190/£149 and includes:

15-minute Hello session

This session is to introduce ourselves to each other, for me to get a brief summary of your situation, book the main and follow up sessions and make sure you understand the prep work to get started. If you discover I am not someone you would like to work with at the end of this session. I will refund you in full. Please note, this is not a coaching session, this time is for us to set up how we will work through your current challenge. This is important as it not only gives us a chance to meet and iron out any technical issues, but it also establishes the boundaries we will have working together on what you need to achieve.

Prep work

After our ‘Hello Session’,  I will send you some preparation work to do so we can be ready to get stuck in on our main session. This will include an information pack, an assessment of the situation and some simple ideas to get you started in the meantime. This is important because it will help you get really specific on what the problem is, how you feel about it and more importantly how we will resolve the situation together. This will help you focus on what you can do about it and give you some motivation to feel confident and positive.

3-hour video session

We will have a 3-hour video session (with breaks!) where we will work out and troubleshoot the challenges you are currently facing, we will look at possible reasons why you might be tripping up when trying to resolve them yourself and we will brainstorm how to work through them and finally what your next steps will be. By the end of the session, you will have achieved a higher level of understanding your options, you will have learned some strategies and techniques to be able to put into practice immediately by feeling confident in the next steps you are going to take and also take back ownership of what you want to focus on in your life by finding your inner confidence and the resources you need.

20-minute follow-up session

Approximately 5 – 15 days after your main session, we will have a 20 minute follow up session to work through the strategies you put into place, make any adjustments needed to tweak how you are dealing with the situation and to assess your next steps depending on what you want to happen next in your life. 

By the end of our sessions:

  • You will have a clear strategy for dealing with what was holding you back.
  • You will be confident in your ability to be assertive and positive when putting your strategies into place.
  • You will be able to take the next steps needed to resolve the situation to what is acceptable for you.
  • You will know where to find other resources and support when needed.
  • You will be able to focus on the work you want to do and not have to worry about other things unnecessarily.
  • You will have learned techniques for reducing negative feelings in all aspects of your life.
